Kids Day Out

                    The Thousand Pillar Temple with its ruins lies in the near the Hanamkonda-Warangal highway, about 150 kilometers from Hyderabad city. This temple is star-shaped with several shrines and lingams. There are three shrines inside the temple called the Trikutalayam. The three shrines of the Thousand Pillar Temple are dedicated to Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu and Lord Surya. The Thousand Pillar Temple is surrounded by a big garden in which many small lingam shrines can be seen. There are 1,000 richly carved pillars and a Nandi bull in the temple. The Nandi bull was carved out of a black basalt monolith that has been highly polished.The Thousand Pillar Temple is a specimen of the Kakatiyan style of architecture of the 12th century.

                 The Thousand Pillar Temple is constructed on a platform that is raised to one metre height from the ground level. The temple is provided with a number of pillars which are intricately carved and adorned. Rock cut elephants and perforated screens in the temple are characteristic of the then prevailing dynasty. Many  films were also picturised here.

Bronze Bronzy

I never paid paid much attention to the bronze ear rings until i bought a feather ear rings,which is clasped with a broze hook. That bronze clasp gave a beautiful look on the pink feather and it has drawn Everyone's attention. I just fallen in love with the bronze ear rings. So i was looking out for some bronze Ear rings for quite some time. I found many in the market but they didnt attract me as those seem like a regular ones.i was hunting for a simple and antique pieces so that it would look unique and dangle to and fro when i wear.

In that way i found the facebook page of Pink Pearls  and liked the above ear rings which caught my attention as it looked simple yet fancy Leaf and Pearl combo ear ring and the cute swan ear ring which looked so elegant. So i ordered it without a second thought and was waiting for the delivery.Today i felt so happy and got those earrings in my hand.

Fresh Tomatoes from my Garden

I have a very cute kinder garden on my terrace. My parents takes great care of all the plants and spends a valid time with them. Now a days I get least  time due to hectic work and higher studies. So i visit my garden only on weekends.

Recently my parents had sowed some tomato seeds which grown out into a beautiful plant and started flowering when i visited few days back.

This week all the flowers had turned into a cute green Tomatoes. Me and Niece were eagerly wating for the green tomato to ripe.

when i returned home today evening my Niece insisted me to have a look at the garden. So we went upstairs. there i found this cute red  cherry Tomato.

Then immediately i clicked few pictures of the Red tomato. My Niece is very excited and she held the tomato with her hand and posed for the picture.
