Zebra

Top post on IndiBlogger.in, the community of Indian Bloggers

When my niece told me about the project which her class teacher asked her to submit the very next day.She said we have to draw a Zebra and decorate it with cereals, pulses or grains. I was quite tired with hectic work in office and felt like sleeping immediately. So Asked her '' why is your class teacher always  gives homework to parents rather than you students?"

"Badima ,Its very simple you draw a Zebra and struck pulses on it.Thats all"She said it so easily. After listening to her,The very first thing struck in my mind is sesame seeds. So i called upon her classmate's mom to check whats in her mind? she told that she is using Urad dhal. then i discussed about my idea which she felt as better idea then her.

With a clear idea I sketched out the outline of the zebra and glued out Black & White til (Sesame seeds) on the picture. The picture turned out pretty good. So here is the project ready to be submitted.

Chef of the Day

It was one fine lazy evening my Brother came along with his sweet toddler. He was so adorable and playing around. and suddenly he said "Attamma pasikkudhu" hearing that my bro said in a amused voice  "Akka,he didnt had anything from morning.feed him something "
i was shocked as i have only rice is there and no  curry or curd is left out as i had few visitors that day. So i thought of making a ghee rice first then an idea struck me. so immediately i fried the cashews, almondds, peanuts and raisins then added the cooked rice and litte water to moisten the rice then cooked for a while and generously  poured honey and gave a nice stir.then my creative dish Honey rice is ready to taste...

my Sweet little Nephew licked off the plate making my brother surprised. "We tried all sort of since morning but he didnt touched any but here he is licking the plate ka. I will bring him here daily akka " he said in a surprise tone...

Stay Safe with Smart Suraksha

In todays life Teachers are giving more project work for parents rather than their children. They asked to make a pongal pot arrangement and send it to school the next day.My Cousin, who stays in Secunderabad city took her 5 years old son in her Two wheeler(scooty) to purchase a Terracotta pot for the school project. On the way to shop she met with an accident and fell down on the road unconscious.

The little kid stood next to her mom crying. Then he picked the mobile and called his dad.luckily someone came for the rescue and informed her husband about the whereabouts. Her husband rushed to hospital and was informed that she had sprain and few bruises and needs a rest for a month. The kid is also safe with bruises in his hands.

Now she is fine  However, I wish she had Smart Suraksha with her. As the saying goes, “Prevention is Better than cure.” Smart Suraksha would have alerted her husband in time.

Now her husband bought her a new android phone,in which I installed Smart Suraksha app and configured as advised. I am sure it will help in all emergencies, though I hope there will not be any such worse situations in future. Stay secured with Smart Suraksha!

This app is primarily created for women’s safety, which can track your whereabouts and at a single touch will text to the pre-listed five contacts simultaneously and also the police. It comes with an additional feature to give details of the would-be offender, and allows you to record info like model of the car or clothes he is wearing, in your text, provided if you are in such a situation. Use this app as a weapon that can prevent you from becoming an unfortunate victim. Stay safe with Smart Suraksha.

In recent times the crimes against women are on the rise. If Smart Suraksha is there with Every Girl/woman then I hope we can reduce the gang-rape's, Kidnaps, Harassments, Eve Teasings, etc.,  No woman feels safe and this is because the crimes against women cut across the boundaries of culture, education, age, religion,  socio-economic status…As a Safety precaution  women should have a savior in the form of Smart Suraksha.

Stay safe with Smart Suraksha and rock like a princess....

You can download smart Suraksha App on your phone from Google Play Store here.

Fruit Kabab

It was a rainy night. I was preparing for a Presentation for a meeting till late night.Hunger struck me at the mid night. Everyone was Sleeping, So I explored into the Kitchen to find some food.Nothing was left out that particular night. Luckily i found some fruits in the fridge. Anything direct from the fridge will cause cold to me. So i planned of heating the fruits.

Yeah you heard it right.Iam gonna heat the fruits...

So i took the apple and Kiwi and chopped it into bite size cubes. Then i took a skewer and lined up apple cube, grape, kiwi, strawberry and apple into the skewer. Then switched on the stove and added little butter and heated my fruit kebab for while then poured a generous spoons of honey on the fruit kebab which gave a glossy look.then finally seasoned with a pinch of  chat masala.

Now my Hot and fruity honey dripping kebab is ready to fill my tummy.
It is very easy to Prepare and i felt quite filling...

My Delhi Manifesto

Delhi, the Nations capital  has so many historical structures like Fatehpur sikri,Humayun tomb, Qutub minar,Red fort etc which attracts the tourists for its ancient Mughal architecture.

When i first started drafting Delhi manifesto for the Blogadda it Brought back the memories of my delhi trip.Delhi is not that pleasing like the delhi walas. when i stepped in delhi the first sight i witnessed is Kids urinating in public. Eventhough it is an usual sight in india it seems awkward for visitors like me. The second thing i noticed is piles of garbage around the city not only that one can spot many defecating along dry bank of Ymuna river.

The Third thing that i noticed is panparag stained dirty roads.is spitted everywhere. If Authorities take proper action about the above mentioned issues in Delhi, we can avert one of the deadliest diseases 'Dengue' that hits the city every year. The state which should create a clean impression makes us to feel shameful for being an Indian who keeps the indian capital as a dirty place.

There will be no use in just being an Indian, we have to act as an Indian by keeping the city Clen and neat...
